Meghan Lenihan Moulder ’10 brings over 15 years of global leadership experience in Program Management and Engineering. She currently serves as Principal and Vice President of Portfolio Management at Tellus BioVentures and Vice President of Portfolio Management for Praeventix, Inc., a Tellus BioVentures portfolio company.
In these roles, Meghan leverages her extensive program management expertise to guide early-stage biotechnology investments and lead the operational aspects of portfolio companies. She has been instrumental in securing significant non-dilutive funding for innovative molecular entities, establishing program management systems, and developing nonclinical strategies for first-in-human trials.
Before joining Tellus BioVentures, Meghan spent nearly a decade at GE Aviation, where she held roles in design engineering, project management, and executive leadership. Her notable achievements include managing the daily operations of the CF6 Fleet, leading global cross-functional teams, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. In recognition of her collaborative approach to driving innovation and executing deliverables, Meghan was awarded the GE Aviation Horizontal Leadership Award in 2019.
From 2013 to 2025, Meghan has been a dedicated member of the Rensselaer Alumni Association (RAA) Board of Trustees, where she has played a key role in career programming, student leader initiatives, scholarships, and alumni engagement. In 2022, she was honored to assume the role of RAA President, further cementing her commitment to the Institute. Her exceptional contributions to the RPI community have been recognized with the RAA Director's Award in 2018 and the RAA Alumni Key Award in 2019.
Meghan earned her B.S. in Aeronautical-Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
