Prior Mary was Chief Human Resources Officer, for Rolls-Royce plc. headquartered in London. Mary oversaw a workforce of 55,000 across 30 countries and co-led the Company’s transformation. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Mary was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Communications and Public Affairs at Applied Materials for six years. She had additional regional responsibilities for Europe & Asia, overseeing all regional Country Presidents and their teams. Earlier in her career, Mary was Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell International and started her career at General Electric on the esteemed Human Resources Leadership Program and was selected to join GE’s Corporate Audit staff. Mary earned a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied at Siena College and Oxford University during her undergraduate years. As a side passion, Mary also recently founded Modern Career to enable greater support for navigating ones’ career in an ever-changing world of work.
