Donor Wall Unveiling
Let me begin by recognizing and thanking our Campaign Co-Chairs, Paul and Kathy Severino, John and Helen-Jo Kelly, and Dan and Jennifer Pickett for their extraordinary leadership, service, and philanthropy.
As I survey the many names of those who have made transformative commitments in support of our capital campaign, Transformative: Campaign for Global Change, I truly am inspired by the generosity of the Rensselaer community. I also am confident that we will achieve our billion-dollar campaign goal, as we continue to position Rensselaer for its third century of leadership in education, research, and technological innovation. We are poised to achieve this goal, as we are rapidly approaching the halfway milestone of the campaign.
As some of you know, this dedication was scheduled to take place between classes, as the Troy Building continues to be an energetic hub for teaching and learning.
May this donor wall serve to inform and inspire our students, and all those who enter this beautiful building. This occasion is meant for you — as Trustees and our closest friends. I look forward to inviting all of you to an official unveiling in the spring.
