Re: Rensselaer Faculty and Staff Campus Climate Survey

Over the past year, nothing has tested our nation, including the Rensselaer community, more than the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has certainly challenged everyone within our campus community. With this in mind, we seek your participation in the 2021 Campus Climate Survey to understand our strengths better and identify opportunities to strengthen further our service to our faculty, staff, and students.
Your opinions matter, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
This survey is being conducted at no cost by Quantisoft, an online employee satisfaction survey company. All of your answers will be completely anonymous and will be combined with other Rensselaer faculty and staff responses.
The survey is comprehensive and will likely require an hour or longer to complete. You may either complete the survey in one sitting, or save your partially completed survey one or more times and return to complete it later.

You will be entered into a random drawing by completing the survey to win one of four Apple iPads or one of 10 $50 American Express gift cards. Again, to be included in a random drawing, complete the survey questions and then enter your name and contact information at the end of the survey. Your answers to the survey will remain anonymous. The drawing winners will be selected at random by Quantisoft after the survey response period is closed.

Please click on the following link to access the survey here.

The survey deadline is midnight on Friday, July 30.

I will appoint an Institute-wide Taskforce to review key findings and develop initiatives based on the anonymous survey responses by our faculty and staff. I look forward to understanding our strengths better, while identifying opportunities to improve as a community.

Thank you for your participation and for your time and commitment to Rensselaer.
